How to change wireless password of TL-WPA8630P Kit (cannot find the tpPLC utility)

I have the TL-WPA8630P kit and have successfully installed both the Adapter and the Extender. I would like to change the password which came with the Default Wireless Settings. How do I do this, please? Should I use the tpPLC Utility? I can't seem to find this. I go to the support site and search for "tpPLC" but it says no results. However, I note that as I type "tpPLC" a few articles are in fact listed so I select one entitled "How to prepare for using the tpPLC utility on Windows" and this tells me to go to the download centre ( http://www.tp-link.fr/download-center.html) but can anyone tell me where I find tpPLC here?? TP-Link seem to be keeping this utility well hidden.
