Hi , I have a

TL-WPA8630P KIT

 and just need to add an extra wi Fi point on the same electrical network , can i use just something like the

TL-WA850RE N300

or

TP-Link RE300 AC1200

speed is unimpotant I just need to get a boost to the signal I already have from the WPA8630 KIT

 

im looking for the "Lowest Cost " option

Hello, the range extender can be used to boost wifi signal. The TL-WA850RE is a single band extender, which supports 2.4GHz only; while the RE300 supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz both but no ethernet port available. 

 

Or you can add a powerline extender into the existing powerline network; like TL-WPA4220.
