Hello,

I have a RE500 range extender and I want to use it with my ISP Box. My ISP is Orange. I enabled in my box (router) mac filtering for all my equipments. When I disable mac filtering, everything is easy and I can use my RE500 but when I enable mac filtering, my RE500 can't connect to my box/router and the mac address displayed in my box for RE500 seems to be different from the mac address written on my RE500.

Thanks in advance.

Any help would be appreciated.

Herve

Yes, the range extender will use a virtual MAC address, and when your devices connect to the extender, they will have virtual MAC address as well.
On this case, you need to add the MAC address which showing up on your router's page to the MAC Filtering list, then see if they work well.
