AD7200 will not pass through l2tp

I've a Synology NAS which make my vpn, and it worked with my TP-Link AC3200, but after upgrading to AD7200 it seems not to work anymore
The AC3200 could also have mix (g/n/ac) with same SSID, but AD7200 I had to make seperet SSID
anybody else who experienced the same?
