I just unboxed a brand new Archer D9 but am unable to edit the wifi settings at all due to the Error code:9805 Corresponding case not found. I have tried resetting to factory defaults and using multiple browsers to access the interface. The network map says both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz are active with the default settings but none of my devices can see it. Both wifi LEDs are on.

Did you upgrade firmware recently?
Here is a firmware I got from TP-Link, you may have a try to upgrade.

Both this firmware and all the ones on the tp-link australia website give the following error:
Error code:4503
The uploaded file was not accepted.

(and yes, I extracted the file)

When did you purchase it?
I think you can contact tp-link support for a replacement .
