Hello ,

i have router ac 1600 wireless v2 i bought it in israel in 2017 

i have a error 9805 

i cant get any wifi in the house and i got lost .

what i should do ? i reboot and reset the router , i put the latest version of the firmware

could you give me any sulotion ?

please?

  @9805 Hi, Do you mean you can not see any wireless signal from the modem, right?

After you run a factory reset, would there be any change to the wireless signal?

Please go to Advanced>wireless>change the wireless security to "TKIP" to see whether it would make any difference.

 

After that, if still nothing happened, I am afraid the wireless module of the modem might be broken and you might need to get another modem.
