192.168.0.254 not working after reset

192.168.0.254 not working after reset

I have trouble with a TP Link WR702N. I need to get into setup. I have Factory Reset it. It has 5 modes. Access Point Wireless Router Repeater Bridge Client I can not access the setup page via 192.168.0.254 - Ipconfig shows no gateway when connected via an ethernet cable to the PC. It does work as an AP (default mode), but I need to get into setup and change to Client Mode. When using as an AP I can ping it and I can access the Internet via the WIFI network. Any idea? It is as if reset is not working, but the light flashes correctly during reset.
