I did a factory reset and now I can't get access to the set-up menu. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I'm using 192.168.1.254 and have tried 192.168.0.254 (this may be version 2)

Refer to the following link to check the hardware version: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=46
If it is V1, the ip address of the device is 192.168.1.254 and you need to set static IP on your PC in order to login.
If it is V2, the IP address of the device is 192.168.0.254~

Hi Simon,
As I said I have version 1 and I have been trying 192.168.1.254 but no joy. I am going to connect this AP to an HD TV box to get BBC I-Player, so why to I need to mess around with my PC? The wireless router is active even if the PC isn't so I don't understand this fixing the PC IP Address. Or do I need to do that just to get to the AP configuration menu?
