Hi I need some help understanding why my Access Control is not working.

I setup a block rule for my Wi-Fi laptop with the following but the modem does not block the host defined in the rule. Does the TL-WR841N actually work in blocking Wi-Fi users based on the IP address and destination ports or ports/IP. Any help understaning how I get the access control rules to block.

I would like to setup an allow rule to only allow the IP address of my Open DNs servers on port 53 and also port 80/443 for web from any PC on my Wi-Fi LAN so that I can control access via open DNS but this product just never works.

Rule = Enable Internet Access Control, Deny packets specified by Internet access control, Rule-1 ( Host Macbook, Target Host 80, Schedule Daily, Status selected)

Schedule = Daily Every Day 00:00-24:00
Host = 192.168.0.109 (My internal wi-fi macbook ip)

Target = Mode-IP, IP Address Empty, Port 80
