TL-WR841N Wireless Router not working

Even thought from the Tether app it seems like I connected my router, the Wifi does not work.

Do you mean Internet Status shows connected on Tether App but you have no internet access when connected to the router?
Please follow this guide for troubleshooting: What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?
