Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.5

I am located in Australia and my ISP is TPG and my house is connected to the NBN via HFC. They use PPPoE and VLAN for these connections and I am having no luck at all with TPG to assist me. I have an old modem connected and it is working fine. I have also seen reviews from the same device from the store purchased the device from that mentioned the same issues with the same ISP.
Are there known issues with this setup? Anything I'm missing or could try?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

As TPG is a major ISP in Australia and PPPoE/VLAN is quite a common connection type, I'm sure Deco BE65 has gone through multiple local tests and should work well with TPG.

I see the current firmware of your Deco BE65 is still 1.0.5. It is recommended to install the latest 1.1.7  version to see whether it helps:

Enhancing Satellite Deco Network Stability with Deco BE11000/BE63_V2.6_1.1.7

If it didn't help, please feel free to reach out to our technical support and attach the model number of your old router.

Thank you very much and Best regards.
