TP-Link AC1900 together with Powerline adaptors?

I have an outside office, under the garage. When constructed the walls were lined with foil covered foam to provide thermal insulation but, not only that the office is now a virtual Faraday cage. I have successfully hard wired the office back to the Router in the house and all works OK. However, some changes to the house mean that the Router needs to be moved and a rewire will be in order. Rather than do that could I use a pair of Powerline adaptors to connect the two bits? More to the point, would it be a good solution? Appreciate your time.
