Hello,

I bought the UB500 adapter and connected my IOS phone to the computer with the phone connection in Windows 11. Everything works fine, but when I call someone I can hear them, but they cannot hear me. How can I fix this?

Hi,

 

Are you using the Microsoft "Phone Link" app on your Windows computer to make the phone calls?

 

Anyway, make sure the microphone of your Windows computer is installed properly and verify that it is indeed working.
