[WPA4230P] Cannot activate WiFi Radio

I can login in the web interface of the device (local IP 192.168.1.12)
In Wireless->settings I check the 2.4GHz: 'Enable Wireless Radio', set SSID and password and select 'Save'
A 'Saved' message appears but the checkbox returns un-checked.
The WiFi LED on the device is on, not blinking.
'WiFi move is disabled'.
There are no other wi-fi repeaters, the WPA4230 is connected to the LAN through a powerline.
