I am trying to set up my new TL-MR3420 3G/4G Wireless N router with a UPC-provided Technicolor TC7200.u modem. But no matter what I do, the Internet light remains a solid unblinking orange though all other lights respond as they should. I have gotten things to the point where all of my wifi connected devices are reading "No Internet" (IE, signal interference I imagine).

Also, when I try connecting with the admin default the router instantly rejects it as "wrong password."

Any thoughts?
