I'm not very IT literate but would appreciate some help.

I think I've successfully connected both ends of the AV200 extender. My problem is that when my son trys to access the TP network on his Playstation, he's asked for the TP password. I've tried the 16 letter password shown on the TP device but it's not connecting. I've reset the device to factory defaults but it makes no difference. The signal strength seem to be very strong.

Anything else I can try? Thanks in advance.
