TP Link AV200 - password issues

Hey allI seem to have successfully connected both ends of the extender. TP Link is showing up as a wi-go option on my son’s PlayStation.The difficulty is that it’s asking for a password and the 16 letter password that’s on the device doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried to reset the device to factory defaults using the pin but still have the same problem. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
