Changing LAN ip address

Hello, i'm trying to change my LAN ip address on my archer c7 router v1 from 192.168.0.1 to something like 192.168.2.3
If I goes to .0.2 or .0.5 it all good I can log back in, but when i change the 0 to 2... nothing works, can't log in
Any idea why???
