Hello, how r u all. I have a router TL-WR941HP New. But i cannot find bandwidth control options in my router. Just found Qos option. When i add 5 devise into low priority 15%,they get full speed of my bandwidth. I have 7 Mbps broadband line. I set upload and download link as 7 Mbps but not working. How can i get bandwidth control from Qos or get new bandwidth control funtion. Can i downgrade firmware in 1st release firmware or not? Please help me argent.
