two routers on two separate networks that have access to the internet

Configuration Static Route Router 1
192.168.20.0 / 255.255.255.224 / 192.168.10.252 / LAN & WAN
Configuration Static Route Router 2
192.168.15.0 / 255.255.255.224 / 192.168.10.253 / LAN & WAN

Ping on router 1 to router 2 / ping on router 2 to router 1
TIME OUT

my question how to parametrer the two routers for ping router 1 to router 2
or router 2 to router 1?
If possible, how?
