RE200 v1 only ethernet

I use an ethernet cable between RE200 and my pc so I don't need it to broadcast 2 wireless networks ( 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz ) for no purpose. I'm told it is possible with RE200 v2 but not with v1. That is nonsense. Could there be any solution?
