Hello everybody i am seeking help in this matter.

first of all i didn't configure that thing it has been done by someone else...
it's my aunties network all i am trying is to help her.

technicals:
everything seems to be connected correctly the network works on some Iphones. Because my Aunt wanted her network protected somebody gave it a Psw.

After that she couldn't connect to her chromecast anymore and othe devices show the network but it kept bouncing on an off but was mostly not available.

So i tried to login with 192.168.1.1 but the usual user psw settings didn't work
I downloaded the MAC utility but it kept crashing after scanning for devices.

After that I simply reset the device hoping it could solve this and it at least got me to the setup web page - when in there after clicking into other options i was ased to put in User and psw - the standard didn't work ..

now i got a unsecured network again and cannot access it to change it.

any suggestions please?
