Can't see LTE Dial-Up Settings

Firmware Version : 1.0.17

Hello.I just got my TL-MR6400 (v2) and tried to set it up. The Admin page is working, but when I try to access Network -> LTE Dial Up I only see a blank page, with the help text to the right. I have to turn on roaming for my provider to work. I already did a Firmware upgrade but it didn't help. Any advice?
