MR6400: Can't view LTE Dial Up Settings

I just got my TL-MR6400 (v2) and tried to set it up. The Admin page is working, but when I try to access Network -> LTE Dial Up I only see a blank page, with the help text to the right (see attachment). I have to turn on roaming for my provider to work. I already did a Firmware upgrade and tried different browsers but it didn't help. Is there any advice?
