Tutorial on updating firmware?

I have a TL-WPA4220 kit which is around 5 years old but still works. Does anyone have a tutorial on updating the firmware, should I do incremental updates (3 are listed
on the update page) should I do all 3 starting with the oldest first or should i just update the firmware with the newest version only ?
