M7350 Windows can't get the network settings from the router

Hi. I've a M7350 device. Firmware version 1.0.10 Build 150525 Rel 1034n. Hardware version v2.0. I can connect to the internet with my mobile phones and with my Macbook Air. When I try to connect a Windows PC I can find the modem but when I digit the password I always get the following message Windows can't get the network settings from the router. Can anyone help me please?
