Hello everyone ,
I know that this router cannot put down and up limits , but i just want to know how to give high priority to Specific computer to make it have low ping while other computers at the network downloading something , As example : I have a computer with XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX mac and want to give it high priority , while YY:YY:YY:YY:YY:YY low priority , what should i write or select at the following pic and what should i leave it blank ?

Hi. When you activate QOS and add one QOS rule for PC 1 (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx), this PC will have higher priority than the other computers. And you can just put in the detailed information about this PC and leave the other options alone if you are not sure about them, and then save.
For PC 2 (YY:YY:YY:YY:YY:YY), there is no need to add one QOS rule for it since it has lower priority automatically

BTW, is your modem TD-W8968?? As I know, the web utility of TD-W8968 is quite different from the other TC modems.

Ths alot for your help , you are right my modem is not TD-W8968 , The Region , Model , Hardware Version , Firmware Version all are not matching the information I entered before !! but I Fixed it :)

I have a small question , Should I write the IP and Mask ? I mean the ip is not static it may change , can i leave it blank ?

Yes, you can leave the IP and Mask blank.
