Hi All,

Just got myself a TPLink AC60 and manage to get

Unifi (ISV) + Hypptv (IPTV) working.

The issue is Hypptv (IPTV) is not stable.
Whenever I needed to restart my router, Hypptv may not work.
Although there's internet, Hypptv just shows blank.

I may need to reboot my router a couple of times and
if I am lucky, Hypptv works again.

What I realize is that whenever Hypptv fails to work,
the "Multicast Connectivity" test done thru

my IPTV box also shows that it fails.

Anyone encountered similiar issue and
any suggestion to fix this?

Thanks!!!

Hi Havockac3:

In my opinion, maybe you make the mistake in model number, your model should be TP-LINK Archer C60, is it right?

Did you configure the right VLAN information in this router?

Most  of IPTV need configure VLAN setting in router, you can consult  with your ISP firstly.

PS: This is the B2B forum. I do not know if TP-LINK staff will answer you. I suggest you contact with TP-Link Technical support directly.
