Samsung TV dropping M9 connection
I just set up a two unit M9. Everything seems to be working fine but my 5ish years old smart television drops the wireless connection after few minutes. Other clients continue connecting just fine. I have the main unit connected to an ADSL modem. I have tried both modes, router and access point, with same results. TV restart solves the issue for the next few minutes. Software updates are up to date. What should I try next?

Did you try a factory reset of the TV? (not just a turn off/on).

No I didn't. Will give it a try some day. I found a workaround by bringing a deco close to the TV and connecting them with ethernet.

A bit old but this could be a samsung issue. Try to manually force the samsung tv to use one of these DNS settings.
1.1.1.1
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
I have been troubleshooting this for a while and it seems like it can’t find the samsungs internal dns server and disconnects the wifi.

@jra72 You should change your TV and use online TV applications as an alternative to the M9 connection. I am using Mobdro 2020
