Dear All

I have an issue on my ArcherC5 v2. For the past few months, every 1 hour or so, the connection drops for a few seconds on both Wi-Fi and connected devices. I have pinpoint the problem to the router, as the issue does not appear on other router devices or when the ethernet cable is connected directly to the PC. I have also discussed this in length with my ISP and we were unable to find any issues from their end. Please advise. I am using the latest EU firmware from your website.

Bit confused. You say the issue is not on other devices. Does that mean they continue to work okay? Does issue occur if the PC is connected via WIFI? Have you tried a different cable between the router and the PC? And between the modem and router? Move the cables a bit to see if it affects anything as there may be a bad connector. Let us know what you find.
