Hi everyone!

I want to ask the help of the community regarding my problem. I just installed a TP-LINK AC1900 Archer T9E Wireless LAN adapter on my system. Installed it without any problems. It’s working properly except that it doesn’t want to connect to the 5GHz channel. It can detect it but when I try to connect it sayd it cannot connect to the network. I checked the advanced options of the adapter in the device settings and it doesn’t have the 802.11ac in the options. I’m really frustrated and nobody is answering the customer service hotline. The online support wasn’t able to troubleshoot the problem either.

Weird, it can detect the 5ghz but cannot connect to it.

Any error message pops up at that time?

Besides, can change some wireless settings on the main router to do a comparison analysis. Like wireless channel and security.
