Hi,

What is the current network topology? How do you connect these devices to each other?

What kind of troubleshooting you have done?

With unplugged the cable between the Deco and modem, pleae reboot them and reconnect the modem to the main Deco, after that, please check whether it works. Or you can hard reset them and reconfigure.

Besides, please connect the computer to the modem directly and check the IP address and default gateway; please show us a picture of it.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

everything I tried resulted with the same state.

when trying to update to 1.2.5 with the software it doesn’t work.
