see https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1239913/Tp-Link-M7310.html as it shows EU countries but not US. Not sure why. Also found this on an AT&T which uses the same type of system a T-Moble. https://forums.att.com/t5/Other-Phones-Devices/using-tp-link-mifi-router/td-p/5117154 . It may also may have to do to the US and other countries use different WIFI channels. You may want to check with other service providers such as AT&T. Also check with TP-Link e-mail support and see if you can load the US version of the firmware into the M7310 and see if that would work.

Hey,Oliver, there is no TP-link mobile wifi router available in US. While as my knowledge, as the network type of the sim card compatible with the M7310, it should work.

 

However, cause T-mobile said it wouldn't work in New York, if possible, you can get a sim card inserted into router to do a comparison analysis.
