Good Morning EveryBody.

 

I have buy a Archer-C5400 V2.

I have not issue with other features. The only issue is the speedtest on the routeur never working or not working when i launch manually.

 

One poeple can help me?

Hello,

 

Could you please show us more details about the speedtest function? Is there any specific symptom that it does not work properly? 

 

Meanwhile, it is suggested to reboot or hard reset it to give it a go.

 

Besides, what is the current hardware and firmware version of the C5400? 

 

Any updates, please let us know.

Hello,

 

I have the latest version of firmeware for this product.

 

Model: Archer-C5400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20170912 rel.56240
When i launch the speedtest on my phone i have this result but sometimes they pass because i have result in the history.
I don't have more detail. I don't have log to know why they crash. When i launch on the web browser. I have on the result of the json {"success":true,"data":{"status":"fail","up_speed":3403,"test_time":1552756364,"down_speed":35123}} but not more info and they don't update the screen.
