Hi,

What is the current network topology/diagram? In other word, how do you connect these devices together?

What about other network activities/applications? Like browsing or so?

Do all devices connected to the Deco have the same issue?

What are the devices which you met the current issue? How often it drops connection? And what is the light status of the  Deco units at that time? And how do you make it back to work?

Besides, with them connected to the modem directly, do you have the same issue?

Meanwhile, did you try to hard reset the Deco units and reconfigure it yet?

Any updates, please let me know.

Have a good day.
