Model: TL-PA4010 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1.3.0.2134

I have 4 powerline adaptors in use at various locations around my home.  These generally perform well, however, I am experiencing a temporary loss of connection to the 'home' device connected to the router.

The loss of connection typically lasts about a minute and then connection is re-established.

All devices are directly connected to a mains socket and are located well away for any devices which may cause electrical interference.  Any equipment connected by wi-fi or directly connecetd to the router are unaffected.

Hi,

What is the light status of the powerline adapter when the connection drops out? Please check the IP address and default gateway with your device connected to the powerline adapter.

Note: Here is the instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/838/

At the same time, can you get internet from the main router by wired cable?

If only the “home” device connected to the router lost internet, you can exchange different powerline adapters to do a comparison analysis.

Besides, you can refer to the instruction below  to narrow down the root cause.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2230/

Any updates, please let us know.

Have a nice day.
