I have a lot of problems for example i open qos settings and limited my internet connections 16 mbps and upload 0.80 but after a while stuck my internet connection 4 mbps other problem 5 ghz not good weak signal and most important i upload any file my ping up 5000 and 10000 lost my internet connection i try other modem no problem tp link change my modem nothing changed.

Hi,

We can do some troubleshooting first and try to fix it.

First, with QoS enabled, the packets data will go through CPU, the speed will be slower; May I know what is the bandwidth you paid for your ISP?

For the 5GHz, have you ever tried to change some wireless settings? Like change the wireless channel and channel width; change transmit power to high?

When the connection lost, what is the light status of the VR400? With your device connected to it, what is the IP address and gateway you obtained?

Please login to the web interface of the VR400 when you lost connection and take a screenshot of the advanced-status page; please save system log and export to us as well.
