Model: Deco M5

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.2.8

I have the parental control active for the hours to use, but the time does not comply, it is supposed to give the kids access at 7am, but they are notable to.

I have tried to see what time the deco uses, but I cannot determine this.

How can I do so?

Hi,

There is no option to change time via Deco app, instead, the Deco synchronizes the time/date on your cellphone automatically when you configure it.

If the time settings does not work, you can change the time zone on your cellphone to another one and change it back to the right one.
