Hi,

If it works in the kitchen, the powerline adapters should be working fine, it may have something to do with the main router or the actual network environment.

Do you mean the secondary device is the TL-WPA7510? It works fine in kitchen, while it stops working at 7 p.m in hall everyday?

What is the light status of the powerline adapters when there is no internet access?

At that time, are you able to access internet from the main router directly?

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

Hi thanks for the response

Yes the secondary is a  TL-WPA7510 the lights at the time it goes down is normal and at that time the main router LAN port and WiFi are functional with full internet access

With ADSL and a links’s router this issue was never there

When I got the HG8245H router the issue started

Thanks again for responding

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. It seems that the new router has caused some changes happened to the powerline environment.

First you can change another wall socket to plug it and test the stability.

Meanwhile, you can get a computer(Windows or Mac) to use the tpPLC utility to update the firmware and disable power saving mode .

Note: You can click them to get detailed instruction.

Still the same, I'm afraid that you need plug the TL-WPA7510 at another place as a workaround for now.

Good day.
