Model: Archer A2300  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 180702 Rel.71921n

 

Site A : Cyberoam 15iNG and Site B : TP-Link MR200 

IPSec VPN Tunnel created, which is established and Enable at both end.

 

From  Site A not able to Ping anything on Site B

but from Site B able to ping Site A it's pinging.

 

NOT GETTING SUPPORT FROM CYBEROAM AND TP-LINK AS ON COUNTERPART IT'S DIFFRENT MODEL.

Checked all thesetting but not able to resolve the issue, can someone help ??

Hi,

 

Can't you ping the MR200 or the devices connected to the MR200 with IPsec VPN built up? 

 

Please show us the pictures of ping results. 

 

You can try to disable the firewall and anti-virus on the MR200 or the client devices; 

 

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
