hello everybody 

I need to block devices via their IPs NOT by Mac Addresses

becaues I wanna devices be able to connect to the router but can't access the internet 

I try via:

Access Management --> ACL 

Filter --> IP/Mac Filter 

but all apptemps failed !!

it's applied on router but as nothing applied !!

all devices I wanna block work normally !

please help me

Hi,

 

May I know how did you set it up? 

 

TO block devices via IPs, have you tried to choose Filter as IP/MAC filter and narrow down the rule type as IP to give it a go? 

 

You can refer to page 52.

Have you ever tried to fix destination IP address?

 

After that, please reboot the router to apply the settings.
