Model: RE360
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi Bought AC1200 wifi (re365) with passthrough socket today. I've tried every way on the quick start guide to get it to connect. I can see the 2,5 & 5ghz on the laptop & my mobile, it states connected but no internet. When I try to log into the Tether app no password is accepted so I cannot make the network secure. Does anyone have an idea? I've tried live chat but no answer.

No lights on the side except the power are lighting up.

@Superk1976

Click here to get the instructions to setup the RE360.

Please ensure that you use the main router's wifi password to confiugure the RE360.

And we will get some details to do further analysis as below:

What is the led status of RE360 after you configured it?

What is the model number of the main router as well?

What is the current hardware and firmware version of the RE360?
