I’ve tried to reset but router (which is connected to main router by LAN cable) still shows orange - can’t get through to TP via phone or chat line

What is the current operation mode of the TL-WR940N? Which port on it has been connected to  the main router? Is it the LAN port or the WAN port.

 

The led shows orange means that there is no internet access. 

 

You can login to the web UI of the TL-WR940N to set it up.
