I set up a wifi network using this product successfully: I want to add a new device to it but can't remember my password. Is there a way to get a reminder or reset it? Any help appreciated - I am not very technical minded due to advanced years!

There is a reset option in the app. Remove and reinstall it and you should have it on first login.

You can access the Deco app to get the wireless password;
Or you can login to the web interface of the Deco M5 with a smart phone which has connected to the Deco network already and go to status page to find the wifi password.
Otherwise, you may need hard reset the Deco by holding the reset hole for 1s and reconfigure them.
