Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: PA-711

My powerline adaptors show green lights for all three however when I connect an ethernet to my PC there is no connection and I don't see any wifi pop ups to join wirelessly

The TL-PA711kit does not support wireless feature, instead, the model starts with TL-WPAxx supports wifi function.

 

If there is no internet access, please verify that you can get internet from the main router by wired cable first. 

 

Then try to re-pair them by pressing the pair button.
