Model: Archer C4000
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20180322 rel.2657(5553)

Hi there

I just purchased the Archer c4000

When I setup the wireless, I can see both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz-2. However I cannot connect or see the 5Ghz-1 on any of my devices.

I have ensured the signal has been turned on. What am I missing?

I have also performed a factory reset and also the same issue.

Thanks for that. I didn’t change anything but eventually the signal appeared when I moved the router in a different location!

@kooldavid

Hello, if it cannot be detected by all the devices?

Have you ever tried to change the channel of the 5GHz-1 yet?

If not, please give it a go.

Good day.

Hello I am hoping anyone can help me? I recently update my archer c4000 v2 firmware update and now I no longer see 5ghz-1. All the lights are on, and the 2.4ghz and 5ghz-2 wifi shows up, but for some reason 5ghz-1 does not show.

I have already reset the router and factory reset. I have changed the channels and still doesn't show. Please does anyone have any ideas?
