Hi,

 

Having 2 unit deco m5 (firmware 1.3.1)connected to the modem.

 

Modem---M5---M5

 

Found that device list not updated... How to solve this problem? I saw there is many report complaining regarding this issue since old version firmware, why this issue until now still can not solve?

What do you mean that the device list was not updated? Could you please provide more information? 

 

Meanwhile, does it affect the actual performance of the Deco M5?

Inside the deco apps, there is a dropdown list show which device is currently connected to deco... I had few device is connecting with deco m5, but isn't show in the list..

How many devices connect to the Deco M5 simultaneously? 

 

Please verify whether they obtained valid IP address from the Deco automatically which do not show up under network/online devices list. 

 

Besides, what are their model number and OS version? 

 

Try to reboot the Deco and these devices to give it a shot.
