TP Link Firmware Problems
I have a problem I don't know if anyone on here having the same problem. It doesn't always allow me to update or access the Cloud ID. Here is the screenshots.

Have you ever registered the cloud account yet? If not, you can go to cloud website to register it first.
Back to the web interface, please ensure that the Archer C5400 works fine;
Then go to advanced-system tools-time settings to verify the system time; you can change the timezone to another one and then change it back.
Besides, you can reboot the router to give it a go.

Try to login to the Tether app or the cloud website with your cloud account first; Note: You can use the Tether app and bound it to the cloud account to manage this router.
Or try to reboot the router and correct the time settings per I said earlier to give it a shot.
Still the same, you can hard reset it. Please notice that you need reconfigure this router once you reset it.
