 i m having a fibre connection from my isp ,from media converter my cat 6 cable is directly connected to my one of the mesh router and another one is wirelessly connected.

now i want to know the main router (deco m5) has two ethernet ports,can i connecte another device via   ethernet cable ,that too i want that device to be given out of the dhcp range.

You can connect the wired device to  the spare ethernet cable. While to get an IP out of DHCP range, you need assign a static IP for this device.
