Model: Archer VR900
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 0.2.0 0.9.1 v0069.0

I had a query relating to the Auto Reboot function and the dashboard in the 'Status' -> 'Advanced tab' -> 'DSL' dashboard. "DSL Up Time". There is a function in this router that can auto reboot the router; this is setup for thirty days.  At present the counter shows thirty one days and is still counting...

My query is, should the DSL Up time counter reset to zero after thirty days and count up to the next thirty? I have checked the 'Time/System Time' settings, all fields are set correctly and filled out, the time is displaying correctly.

In the 'System log' at the Information 'Level', what is the best way to translate these type of logs into a more human readable format?

For your information, DSL up time means the time duration that the router has been running/online; it won't count down to zero to reboot the router, actually, they are totally different.

If you want to reboot the router automatically, go to advanced-system tools-reboot page to enable auto reboot and modify the specific time.

May it help and have a nice day.

@Kevin_Z , thanks for the information so far. Does that mean there are two different clocks counting? Please could you help explain the difference(s)?

How can users of the TP-link routers understand the PPP logs better please?

They are different, the DSL up time means that the time duration the DSL router has been running since the last dial up; while the auto-reboot means that you can setup a specific time period to turn on/off the router.

For the PPP log, there is no such related documents available, you can show us what you are concerned, and then we can offer an answer.

Good day.
